Environmental awareness and proper environmental planning is essential to the success of any land development project or real estate transaction. An understanding of issues related to the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) are invaluable to land owners as well as potential buyers. Through experience with these and other environmental regulations, Genesis Project provides our clients with clear and concise identification of environmental concerns so that informed land management decisions can be made.
Genesis Project staff includes individuals who have successfully completed the US Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation and Management Training Program. Genesis Project utilizes this training and the cumulative knowledge of our staff to identify wetlands and assist our clients with ACOE negotiations to meet the development goals of our clients within the regulatory guidelines. Current wetland regulations require an analysis of soils, vegetation, and hydrology in order to determine wetland boundaries. Genesis Project performs wetland delineations to clearly identify wetland boundaries in compliance with the 1987 Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual and assist with Army Corps of Engineers permitting requirements.
In addition, Genesis Project can assist with projects requiring endangered species surveys, as well as NEPA reporting requirements.
